Absolutely! PhonePRO offers a certification program and corporate license option to companies that have their own in house trainers. This is an excellent, cost effective option for keeping our crucial training concepts implemented on a regular basis.

We know that dynamic delivery styles of our PhonePRO trainers make the course seem easy to present! Keep in mind, our trainers deliver our programs to hundreds of clients every year. By working with them on the Train-the-Trainer day, you trainers will learn their secrets and have the chance to practice with their guidance so that your program will deliver the results you want.

All PhonePRO course materials are fully copyrighted. By participating in Train-the-Trainer and obtaining a license with PhonePRO, you will have the ability to train our copyrighted programs as much as you like during a full year. Our Train-the-Trainer program will ensure that your trainers know all of the tips and techniques that are vital to creating the fun and effective training classes that made PhonePRO famous!

As many as you like! We have worked with companies to certify as few as 1-2 trainers at a single location to as many as 50 trainers to deliver the program throughout their entire company on a global basis.

Our training fees are charged by the day so it depends on how many days we are onsite at your company as well as how many trainers you would like to certify. From there, we have a nominal yearly licensing fee so that you can provide training on an unlimited basis! The PhonePRO student kits that your new trainers will order will help to make their classes fun and memorable.

No. Part of the reason we offer a license agreement is to keep training costs down for our clients. Therefore, we do not require a lengthy and expensive re-certification process every year. However, many of our clients do choose to have us out each year to meet with their trainers, present new ideas, refresh certain topics and make recommendations for improvement.
