Setup

If you have Internet Explorer 9, an upgrade or different browser will be needed.
While there are different versions of IE9, each poses its own set of obstacles. IE 10 and 11 recognize the coding used to develop the Web Seminars and support viewing. We also recommend Chrome and Firefox.
I keep getting an error when attempting to login:
Our passwords are case sensitive and can be tricky to type! So we recommend that the password be copied (Ctrl+C) and pasted (Ctrl+V) into each login (to view the Web Seminars as a user and to view the reporting as a supervisor).
Also, logins are disabled once all of the individual view tickets have been used or the time frame of the order has expired. For example, if you order 30 days unlimited on April 1st, as of May 1st the login will no longer be recognized. Or, if you have viewed 10 Web Seminars with the 10 Tickets purchased, the login will no longer be recognized.

Handouts:
Handouts can be downloaded at any time prior to viewing the web seminar. It isn’t necessary to wait until you are ready to view the seminar before you download and print your handouts – they can be accessed and printed days, weeks, months or minutes before viewing the seminar.
Simply log in and click on the link for the handouts that correspond to the Web Seminar you want to view. After the file opens, print the handouts for your session. You can then either close out and log in another time to actually view the Web Seminar or you can immediately click on the link for the Web Seminar you’d like to view and begin your session.
VERY IMPORTANT – IF YOU WILL BE FACILITATING ONE OF OUR WEB SEMINARS TO A GROUP, PRIOR TO THE TRAINING SESSION, PLEASE RUN A TEST ON THE COMPUTER ON WHICH IT WILL BE RUNNING.
Your training tickets are protected and will not be lost until over half of the seminar is viewed. Simply log in and run a couple of minutes at the beginning of the Web Seminar to ensure that there aren’t any technical glitches. To Ensure Correct Reporting:
Instruct your associate(s) to enter their work email address and use the SAME password provided in the registration email. This allows our reporting system to drive all results associated with that password to one document that can be viewed & printed in the Training Management Site.
