What if my Web Seminars keep freezing?
Our Web Seminars are not compatible with Internet Explorer 9. Please utilize Internet Explorer 10 or 11, Chrome, or Firefox if you find that you’re using Internet Explorer 9.
What happens if my Web Seminar won’t load?
Start by trying the following steps:

  1. Clear your internet browser’s cache and cookies and then close and re-open your browser.
  2. Update your Adobe Flash Player.
    *Please click here to determine the version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your system. If you do not have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, please install / update your system. This may require assistance from your IT Support/ Help Desk.
  3. Make sure to close other streaming applications, like RealPlayer, Quick Time, and Windows Media Player.
  4. Close and relaunch your internet browser, once again.
  5. Login and attempt to load the Web Seminar.
If you have a broadband connection with at least 500 kbps and your web seminar is still not loading, your company firewall may be blocking PhonePRO content. If this is the case, it will be necessary to submit a request to your IT department to adjust the firewall settings to include as a trusted site in your firewall software.
What can I do if the Web Seminar does not fit the screen properly?
For the best possible view, please be sure your screen resolution is set to 1024 by 768 pixels.
I can’t hear the Web Seminar:
The Volume on your computer should be tested prior to logging in to ensure that the audio portion of the seminar will be heard. You will find the option to turn on your speakers on your control panel. You will hear the seminar through your computer or “outboard” speakers. Please be sure the volume level is high enough that everyone can easily hear.
Intermittent or Lost Internet Connectivity:
Wireless internet may sometimes interfere with streaming video/audio – just hit refresh and it should start again.
