My favorite thing about my job is talking with our clients and potential clients who call us to find out about our training programs.  I truly enjoy learning about all the different organizations they represent and the challenges they face in order to create a training program that will help them accomplish their goals.  I learn something new every day from talking to interesting people all over the country and beyond!  Everyone is different and it is my job to be a good listener and truly make the best recommendation I can – and if I feel that we aren’t the best fit I will try my best to recommend someone who is!

I do what I do because I believe that how we communicate and relate to each other is so important and I am proud that our training helps so many people develop these skills both for their professional development and their personal lives.

When I’m not working I am usually hanging out with my wonderful husband, my 3 fabulous kids and our rambunctious new puppy!
