All web seminars are approximately 45-50 minutes in length in order to allow enough time for a discussion afterwards - you can also hit the "Pause" button at any time to allow for plenty of discussion during the seminar! Remember, each seminar can be viewed by several people at the same time! However, we strongly recommend that you keep the number of attendees to 1-5 people in order to ensure maximum attention, participation and retention.

Our Web Seminars are all in a recorded format and presented by our Phone Pro trainers. Because they are recorded, you can access them 24/7, at your convenience. Here's how to get started!

1. Select the optimal training seminar(s)
   
   Review the topics covered in each of our web seminars. Also, check out the two minute demos of each of the seminars to see how they look and sound!
2. Order the training tickets
   
   You can order through our easy online service or give us a call at 800.888.4893. We accept all major credit cards (online or by calling) or you can pay by check (by calling).
3. Receive the confirmation email
   
   After Phone Pro receives an order, a confirmation email is sent to the email address listed on the registration form.
   This email will contain:
   - payment details
   - instructions for printing the handouts
   - computer and audio requirements
   - password for logging in to the seminar(s).
   Regardless of how many webinars are purchased, one password will be issued that will be valid for as many webinars as were selected. For example, if four seminars are purchased, one password will be issued that will be good for four uses - seminars that are viewed is entirely up to you! The password won't expire until it's used for every seminar that was purchased, so there is no time limit on when they must be used.
4. Receive a copy of the paid invoice
   
   A receipt will be emailed within 2 business days to the email address listed on the registration form.
5. Complete a test launch one of the seminars
   
   Prior to the scheduled training day, be sure that your computer system is set up for optimal compatibility with the software used in our seminars. The instructions on how to complete this test, as well as the instructions on how to handle any technical difficulties will be explained in the confirmation email.
   Indications of a successful test:
   • Visual - You'll see the Phone Pro Web Seminar on your computer via an Internet connection. If Macromedia Flash Player isn't already installed on the computer that will be used to view the seminars, it must be downloaded prior to the session. It is a very quick process, and can be done by clicking on this link. After the download is complete, the computer must be restarted before logging in to the web seminar.
   • Audio - You'll hear our trainer present the seminar through the computer speakers - outboard speakers are best.
6. Copy the handouts
   
   It's a good idea to provide a copy of the handouts for each person that will view the web session. The handouts can be printed at any time prior to viewing the seminar - even days or weeks ahead. They will cover the main points of each seminar and have room for each participant to take notes. They can also be posted at their workstation as flashcards that will keep the techniques handy and fresh in their minds!
7. Enjoy the training!
