Already have talented trainers? Want some of the Phone Pro courses delivered by your trainers at your company? Then Train-the-Trainer is your answer! Unlike courses that teach people how to become trainers, our course is designed for existing trainers that want to deliver a Phone Pro program. For companies with a large employee base, high turnover or multiple locations, this is an excellent, cost effective option for keeping our crucial training concepts implemented on a regular basis.

PHONE PRO’s Train-the-Trainer course is a seven hour program that is part of a one year renewable licensing option to deliver either Tele-Service or Tele-Sales at your company. Delivered onsite at your facility, this course will teach your trainers how to present Tele-Service or Tele-Sales in keeping with the Phone Pro delivery techniques. After your trainers experience two sessions as participants, we will train and certify them to deliver one of these two courses. Once certified, they will be able to present our courses as many times as you like over one year. Many of our clients have taken advantage of the licensing option and have been employing the Phone Pro techniques successfully over the years.
