
PHONE PRO’s Web Seminars are a great way to get the basics of our training and coaching concepts taught to your staff in a convenient and cost effective format. They are all presented by our Phone Pro trainers in a recorded format, so you can access them 24/7!
With just a computer (with speakers) and an internet connection, you will see and hear the presentation at your convenience. Because the passwords never expire until they are used, this online option puts you in the driver's seat for scheduling training for your staff! For Customer Service training (Level I seminars): Anyone that interacts with your customers, whether on the phone or face-to-face. Audiences can view: • One Great Reception - Essential skills for Receptionists, Switchboard Operators, Administrative Assistants and Front Desk Personnel - anyone fielding and redirecting inbound calls and visitors.
For Coaching training (Level II seminars): Anyone in a supervisory role that can learn to coach staff on the customer service training techniques they learned from Phone Pro. Audiences can view: Each of the Core Four and One Great Reception (Level I) webinars are $89 (or $73 each if purchased in groups of 4 or more).
Each of the Coaching Series 1-2-3 webinars are $130 (or $120 each if purchased in groups of 3 or more). All web seminars are approximately 40-50 minutes in length in order to allow enough time for a discussion afterwards - you can also hit the "Pause" button at any time to allow for plenty of discussion during the seminar! Remember, each seminar can be viewed by several people at the same time! However, we strongly recommend that you keep the number of attendees to 1-5 people in order to ensure maximum attention, participation and retention. Our Web Seminars are all in a recorded format and presented by our Phone Pro trainers. Because they are recorded, you can access them 24/7 at your convenience. Here's how to get started!
